Hogue Handall Jr. on a PM9?

Sorry, I may have posted this in the wrong forum and I couldn't edit it to this forum so I'm posting again.

I've been thinking about picking up a Handall Jr. for my PM9. Anybody else use or have used one? How's the fit on the PM9 as well as fitting in the holster with it on? How do you like or dislike it overall?

    Thanks.

I for one am not a fan of the " grip condoms " on any pistol . With that being said I find them particularly offensive on sub compact pistols . The whole point of the sub compact is to minimize bulk in all directions , and like the " pinnky holders " on the bottom of the mag the slip ons do little except increase bulk .

I use one on my PM9. It provides a vast improvement in grip for me. I don't find it compromises concealability in any way. I did have to cut a portion off, to make it fit good. No problems with any holster. Here's a pic of mine...

    Thanks for the input,

I'm thinking the Handall will be most helpful at the range when I'm shooting many rounds to keep things more comfortable. Although in slimjim's pics it looks like it won't add much size so I could also keep it on in carry situations. Heck, I can get one for around $7 so why not try it?

    Thanks again.

I have a hoge wrap around for my xd9sc and It does increase width slightly but not enough to make a difference, but when shooting it really helps out. A ton more of control, and it really snugs the gun up into your hand.

Most often, I hate the slip on grip deals on my pistols, but I did try one on my PM9 and think its great. Mine is exactly like slimjims. One piece of advice I can give you is to make sure its where you want it before you trim it up. Use a sharp hobby type knife, like an Exacto, it will make a nice clean cut. Then, heat the grip up with a hairdryer on high heat, that will soften the rubber up a little and when it cools, it wont slide around at all.

You could try one of those A-grips,I'm going to put one on my new pm9.I have one on my p11 and its been on it for at least 10 years,it feels like velvet and really takes the bite out.I fired off about 230 rounds today and that grip really chewed my hands up.sj

I have a "grip condom" on my PF-9 and love it. It really improved the feel of the gun for me, and did not add any bulk or make it cumbersome.

Try a bicycle tire inner tube. I have one on mine, it works great. It does not add more thickness to the gun. You hardly know it's there.
