Charles Daly isn't known for building the highest quality weapons, but my buddy bought one of their HP's at first I picked at him, but after many range trips it has never jammed and is very accurate, so I apologized and offered him $200 for it, lol!!!

i don't own a hi-power, but I do own a CD 1911. steel 5 inch, with all the bells and whistles...it has been a great firearm...no problems with it...I don't know if I have hit the 1000 rounds mark with it yet...but so far no failures.
I like mine alot. No complaints at all, well maybe not the greatest finish in the world but not bad. And can't beat the price. The sights take a bit to get used to, but I like the change of pace using them and they aquire the target very quickly.
