    p3at questions

I've seen a picture of a p3at on here, with a rubber grips (possibly slipon?) It looked kinda like the revolvers w/the hogue rubber grips? Trying to find info on this? That shouldn't affect the availability/fitment of holsters?

Also looking for finger extensions? I wish they made a 1 round extension plate WITH a finger plate/grip exension

Where to get replacement mag (factory=mcgar)?

You can use the Hogue slip-ons but a bicycle inner tube works just as well. You can get extra mags and the extensions directly from Kel-Tec or various dealers on the Internet or gun stores. Just look around.

I'd prefer not to have to register, and check a different forum when I've seen a very nice gripset, and finger extensions on pictures from members here.

The grip slip-on looked like a hogue one,in other words it had little finger indentations ( I know my technical terminology is probable annoying, sorry still a newb).

    NO bicycle tubes for me.

I use a Hogue slip on grip and a pinkie extension from a Bersa .380. You should really go through the "effort" to register on KTOG - they're good folks, and you'd be well served to be able to do your own research.

You don't have to register to read on the Kel-tec forum, just have to resgister if you want to post on it.

You actually answered my main question, so no need. Goal accomplished, and as for not checking hogue in the first place,...well thats my own stupidity lol, thanks. I'm looking on hogues website now,...

I was in the hopes that there was a reputable/trustable site I could possible get a factory p3at mag from somewhere maybe cheaper, but kel-tec is fine ,too.

Do you have any expereince with the one round extension?

Try ddsranch.com They are about the cheapest I have found but about all I have seen are the same ones that Kel-Tec sells and usually higher.

I wound up buying a mag from Kel-Tec because I couldn't find them anywhere else. Also bought the Pearce finger extensions from them which I think really make the gun a lot more controllable. Don't know anything about the Hogues.

I tried the Hogue rubber grip adaptor, but found that it hangs up on clothing too much, especially in pocket carry mode.

As stated by MajorDude above, the pinkie extensions do work good.

I don't know who makes them but Kel-Tec sells both the magazine extension and the grip extension. This is a different link than was posted earlier.

Yes they do...makes this a bit easier to handle. More snap and pain then my .357 mag GP100 but it does make a nice Sunday-go-to-meeting CCW and also works nicely when I wear my Tuxedo.
