Went out today and got my second Smith... this one is a little beauty! and only 15oz.
    Its a S&W 637 Airweight.
Price out the door was $430 not too bad I guess, the one I wanted was the one with the Crimson Trace grips, but I couldn't part with the $599 +tax

Nice snub! I carry a S&W snub as a back up. Enjoy!

Had one and traded it in on a 642 to go "hammerless" and guess what, I REALLY miss my 637. Just like the looks of it better! Enjoy it and if you ever decide you want hammerless, just save and buy one and keep the 637!

Several months ago I bought my wife a 642. She trusted me to pick out an appropriate ccw for her w/o her input and I nailed it. She really likes it very much (do I know my wife or what?)

I was in a gun store just last w/e that was shutting down , and they had quite a bit of stuff on sale. They had Crimson Trace grips marked down about 30% so I couldn't pass it up and bought them for the 642.

You'll like your 637, I'd be proud to carry one anytime.

    Nice snub.
The 642 is what I have. After a year or so, I added the Crimson Trace grips during the NRA Instructor promotion. I grab the 642 the most when I'm going out...

The 642 is my next purchase. I am going to get the Crimson Trace grips.I think $625 or so is the best I have found with snubby and grips together. Congrats! Cannot wait to pick mine up.
