This has been posted on several gun forums lately, some believe the thing was altered when they reduced the timing for the video. Can't say myself but I bet his hand was sore for a few days!!!
NCH
A thousand rounds in ~10 1/2 minutes...
I know it's a guy thing, along the lines of my car is faster than yours.
But what is it that is being proven?
Get a 'Tommy' gun if it's just to put lead down range.
A 'torture test' maybe, but really it's just abuse.
Good torture test. The editing in the shooting section does make me wonder whether they had mechanical problems with the pistol. I wish they would have measured the guns temperature about every 100 rounds and reported that. It would have been particularly interesting to film some infrared video of the gun while it was firing too.
maybe not the safest looking handling and test of a firearm I have ever seen, but entertaining just the same.
