.357 Mag Revolver Pocket Gun
I carry and shoot my Taurus Mdl. 605, SS, CH, 2in. and I do enjoy the shooting, I replaced the stock rubber grip with Houge rubber combat grips which allows for the 3rd finger for better control. I use a Mika's pocket holster. It shoot .38 spl + P's easy. Last is the price and being stainless steel, and the clubed hammer.

I would recommend the S&W 4" Mdl 686. Own one. The model 520 also looks nice in the S&W catalog. You could also think about stepping up to the N sized Smiths and go with their Scandium framed model. My choice would be the Mdl 325PD a 4" 45 APC, weight is listed as 26.5 oz. the cylinder is Titanium.

Any used Smith and Wesson would suit you fine. I have 4inch model 65 and I love to shoot and I carry it some. It was a sheriff's dept. trade in.
Why Ike, whatever do you mean? Maybe poker's just not your game Ike. I know! Let's have a spelling contest!

If you can't find a good used S&W, go buy a new Taurus they have a wide selection to choose from, 2nd to none in quality, and much less expensive than lots of other makes. I have several of their pistol and really like them. I was looking at a S&W mod. 629 in 4", found the Taurus mod. 44SS in 4" for several hundred less and it's already ported. http://www.taurususa.com/main/index....TOKEN=29392855

The Taurus Tracker series always caught my eye...can't say I've got firsthand shooting experience with them, but they looked and felt well-made in the store. Nice medium-sized frame with a 7 shot cylinder. (And the large-frame .357s use 8-shot cylinders, too.)
The ported barrels might not be your thing, though.
This is the 4" .357 in titanium.

I would stick with smith there are no better da triggers out there. For CC I have a S&W 340pd lighter than my Colt mustang if you want something for the house or the range than get a 4 or 6 inch stainless modle you will love it. I have allways wanted a Colt Ptyhon just don't feel like shucking out the bucks.

I have a model S&W 65 that has at least 2,000 rounds through it without a problem. While the vast majority of the rounds were 38 target I have put at least 200 rounds of 158gr jhp 357 still not problems. I do not think this frame is used anymore, would not be easy to conceal anyway.

Depends on the size...do you want a full size service revolver get the S&W 686 with a 4" barrel, if you want a BUG or pocket gun (even a CCW for summer) get the Ruger SP101. Either way load them with 125 JHP. Just my opinion.
