I'd go with at least the .380.

Here's a good .pdf that has comparisons of popular compact guns:

I've got a LWS .380 on the way. They're hard to find so you may have to wait for one unless you get lucky and find one at the LGS or gunshow. You may also want to consider Ruger's new LCP .380 which is supposed to be out before the end of March. There should be $250-$300 deals floating around on them as long as they can keep up with the initial demand (lots of folks waiting for the LCP). I may get one myself to have around until my Seecamp is ready.
The Ruger!!!!!.....may have to check that out. Heading to their website right now to check the size. I am a sucker for new guns!!

I love my little Guardian .32. The NAA .32 is a necked down .380.
Lately I been carrying it IWB appendix. It is just a bit wider than the belt and totally disappears. The Fiocchi ammo I been using performs very well.
There is just some situations where I cannot carry a bigger pistol. Thats when my Guardian is with me.
The links posted by Wasbi will help alot.

NAA or KelTec...for about the same size, go with the .380 instead of the .32...just a little more lead in almost the same package!
