    I carry a full size 1911 but I plan on getting a 3" soon.

    I carry what I consider a sub-compact, Taurus PT140 Millennium Pro
3rd Gen. If I remember correctly it has a 3.25" barrell.

    I have two Kimbers...a 4", and a 3"...

My Kimber Ultra is my EDC...easy concealment.

I started with a subcompact Taurus PT140, went to a compact Glock 23 for a while, and just switched back to a subcompact Glock 26.

While I prefer a 5” 1911 I am forced to carry a 4” or 3” due to the fact that when carrying IWB and sitting down a 5” causes a painful pinch in the posterior area.

Carry a G36. Size is perfect for me to conceal well.

Agreed CCO formats are probably the best carry setup for 1911's

Let's see. I carried a Taurus PT92, then a Lightweight Commander and went to Witness 9mm back in the 1900s, carried a Glock 19 around the turn of the century and oddly enough carry a FM HiPower about as much as my G19 now. But I prefer 4" barreled 9mm/.40 autos over the others. If I could find a Commander length slide and barrel for my HP I would use it.
    Glock 19/FEG/FM HiPowers/Keltec P32 for me. When I can't use my 870,N98 or Marlin .30-30 of course...

S&W K-frame IWB or in a Ken Null shoulder rig. It's a bulky honker, but at this stage of my experience, I just don't know any better.
I went to buy some camouflage pants, but I couldn't find any.
