Given that I will have to bury them, and nothing in the OP said I have to currently own them, and to meet the intent of the OP, I have to be able to purchase them now - there goes the G18 - I would go with:
G17 - no sense in getting fewer rounds per reload in a SHTF scenario. 9mm should be the easiest defensive caliber rounds to find from either military or scavenging.
AR15 - .223 shoud be pretty easy to find for the same reason as the 9mm.
For both, spare parts should be pretty easy to score and the G17 is not likely ot need parts anyway.
Sentimentally, I would prefer a .45 and a ma deuce, but I neither want to carry the extra weight in ammo nor do I believe it will be as easy to find as 9mm & .223. Also, the ma deuce is not exactly easy to use as a team of 1.

Game time! Real easy for me. Glock 17 and AR-15 due to availability of parts and ammo as well as proven designs.
9mm Glock of your choice, and a Ruger 10-22 and lots of ammo.
My choice would be my 1911 and AK variant. The .45 will do the job close in and the AK for distance work. With those to by my side, I can pick up all the Glocks and AR's the BG drop when they hit the ground.

A 6" s&w model 686 357 mag and a 308 24" bull barrel with a collapsible stock. I don't like collapsible stocks but the limit to two guns forces me to compromise to have a dual purpose rifle.

Considering what I own, and assuming I can transport ammo...
I'd keep my Glock 23 as I have loads of ammo, and my M1 Garand, again, because I have tons of ammo...
I also have loads of 9mm, which I'd use as currency to buy stuff from all you folks keeping 9mm...

My choices would be my 25-06 and my duty carry Sig229 in 40. I choose the 25-06 because not everyone has one and ammo is easy to find I chose the Sig because I put my trust in it 5-6 nights a week. If I couldn't use the sig I would take my carry SA 9mm.
M&P40
(since we are in America and most Police Departments use the .40S&W I'm picking that over the 9mm... Sorry we are NOT in Europe... Plus all the 9mm will be taken by the UN and Troops trying to keep the peace.)

Accuracy ALWAYS WINS! So carry what you can hit with.
If you find yourself in a fair fight your tactics stink.
