I'm a confirmed Kahr lover (as long as it's not a lame animation!).....my Kahr P9 Covert and PM9 are my two primary off-duty CCW's....I might have to get me one of those P45's when they come out!

Jaltered was being sarcastic.
We can conduct this thread in a civil manner, or I can start pruning.

Come on, all mah gun-lovin' brothers and sisters... I was being completely sarcastic.
If you watch the animation on Kahr's website (which many find ridiculous and offensive), you'll understand why I made the sarcastic comment I did.
My personal carry handgun is a Glock 19. I love Glocks. I hate Nazis. But the animation on Kahr's website is a direct stab at Glock, and it associates "Blocks..er...Glocks" with Nazis.
Besides being a poorly done, uninteresting animation, it's just plain stupid.
I'm realize that Kahr handguns are considered "top-shelf" firearms. I was just pointing out the ridiculous animation on Kahr's site. Their marketing team should really look into other avenues to introduce the consumer to their new P45.
And Betty is cool.

I did have to think though... Springfield markets its XD pistols by pointing out how they think their design is better than the Glock and they do it objectively and without making a laughingstock out of themselves. I should send Kahr an email later and explain why I feel the animation is not appropriate. I actually was somewhat interested in this product for future consideration, but something like that just makes me want to not buy their products.
Looks like Kahr has recently removed that animation from Kahr.com.
Good move on their part.

I do appologize for my previous comment, as we, sometimes take the fonts we read, in an entirley different way then if we were actually speaking to one another.Originally Posted by Jaltered
I hope I didn't offend any of you. I also find that Kahr's annimation was quite unbecomming to their product line.

I'm sure it may have hurt their sales as well.
Hehehe,
I took Rugers and S&W faux pas much more serious that Kahrs silliness. People just need to grow thicker skins and quit letting minor things bug them. 95% of advertising treats us like we are stupid these days why is Kahrs foolishness any different. At least for kahr you would have to go to their site to view it. Most of this garbage is shoved in our faces whenever the TV is on.
Now, lets get this thread back on track!! Has anyone shot one of these puppies?

I've shot both of them. (the Kahr 40 and the G 36. Seems they both perform very well, yet the kahr 40 seemed to have a lot more recoil.
How about the P45? One of the dealers I go to had one with night sights for 700+tax. I want to get a little info on this weapon before I decide to purchase.
