I remind her that she has a job too, and in fact, if she would work full time again, she would make a lot more than I do!

$500 is a craptop of green for a pocket .380.

My KelTec does the job at half the price.

Neither have nor do i want one . Just like the new ruger it makes me say " Kewl " but in all honesty i have a p3at that runs fine and a pm9 that runs fine . Both the Kahr and the Ruger .380 offerings offer a slide stop , but that is not a deal breaker ( for me ) on this size pistol anyway .

And to imatt , you have not priced some of the higher end .380s lately . Heck i have a common Walther that approaches your figure in value, and its been refinished at least once .
Make sure you get full value out of today , Do something worthwhile, because what you do today will cost you one day off the rest of your life .

It's true I haven't priced any compact .380's recently. Once I found the p3at, the need ceased to exist.

In my mind, if I'm paying $500, it's going to be a larger weapon. Maybe it's my whole "I'm a cheapo" side showing through.

I was all ready to convince my wife she needed the new Ruger .380. Now, I think the Kahr is really "her" next handgun purchase. Hehehe

I HAVE the new Ruger 380. Not a bad gun at all for half the price. But I still like the Kahrs too

With all the new 380 pistols being offered, I would hope more ammo choices will also follow. It would be nice to find a wide selection of 380+p ammo.

I have a P-3at and sure would like a LCP, now I see the Kahr, how many 380's does one REALLY need??? Is 3 too many?

This looks very interesting. I was thinking about an LCP. Now I think I will hold off until I can look over this new Kahr.

I own a Kahr PM9 and have a Ruger LCP on order. I am also thinking about buying a Kimber Custom II for range and home defence. I'm wondering if I should just sell (exchange) my Kahr since I will probably always carry the Ruger LCP in my pocket... Thoughts?

    Think first, act appropriately...

    Ditto.

I've owned a Kahr P9 as my primary carry for 3 years, and have no complaints whatsoever - to the extent that I've fallen a bit "out of the loop" on what's available.

I've been thinking about a .380 lately though, for when I'd prefer to carry something really small. I'll be keeping an eye on this one ;)
