Like a Remington Xp 100 not very pratictle though unless you were out surviving in the woods most are a single shot if i rember right
Why not go with one of the Vector V51 (HK51 clones) in pistol config if that's your requirement?
A bolt may work well, but let's be honest - a self-defense situation isn't exactly going to be conducive to the styles of shooting you use for silhouette.
