So, I have my never fired NIB 442 sitting here, and its going to become my dedicated BUG for vest carry.
I cant leave it plain, so, I'm looking for some wood grips for a little flair- suggestions anyone?

Never tried these but some of em have a nice look: Smith & Wesson Pistol Grips
I like the second from the bottom on the left.
The ivory looking ones? If so, I'd need to buy a purple velvet top hat to go with them.

It's all you man! :hand2:
nope, two up from the bottom, not second on the bottom row, the black S-002-B.
What happened to your purple velvet top hat? Lose it during a chase?
JD quick on the draw as always...
Way ahead of ya as far as :bier: its aloha friday here.
now, back to snubby grips: Styles - Secret Service
How about buffalo horn?
Buffalo horn is stylin, but a little beyond what I want to spend on grips for a cheap snub.
Yup, I've always wanted a nickel placed SAA with buffalo horn grips. I'd stick with some nice wood for a J-frame, I seem to recall some member has some really nice rosewoods grips on one, but i forget who.
Maybe I'll get a hat like that.
I just picked up a new 442 also. I won't be posting pics because:
1) it looks just like the others
2) I can't find my camera
3) once I find it, I'm not sure how to post the pics.
Wish it didn't have the lock in it, but oh well. I think I'll have this one for the duration.
JD, I just got a call from Huggy Bear, and he really wants his hat back, NOW!!:hand5:
Here are a couple of photo's of the wife's SP101 snubbie in .357 with Trijicon night sights, Hogue monogrip, and K&D Cochise Defender :

She loves this gun, has attended Michael DeBethencourt's Essentials of the Defensive Snub Revolver course, and is better with it than I am. She also has a SmartCarry for days when she has to wear scrubs.
I had the toughest time finding a SP101 spurless with a Crimson Trace grip, seeing as I didn't want to wait days/weeks or what ever it would have taken to get it shipped to a someone with an FFL so I bought the gun then found the grip.
