I haven't seen one 438 on here so I'd better post a picture of my baby with it's reloading gear, too. Reloading adds at least 100% more fun to snubbie shooting...get a reloading rig brethren!!

Hmmm...can't figure out how to get the pic to show...oh well.

Or what about the Taurus 651, schrouded hammer, but cheaper.

    thanks.

It sure works for me, this has been my BUG for almost a year. Rides in a Mika pocket holster and is stoked with the Speer Gold Dots in 357 mag!! I am not a fan of the airweights, if you don't mind that type of recoil, why not move up to the 357 mag? Weight has never been an issue for me when carrying and I am not that big of a guy either, 6' and 175lbs!!

    Kenny,
the guy at the store said they are Smith&Wessons. They came from the factory like that.
They make a big difference compared to the rubber grips that come from the factory. You can get more of your pinky on it, plus my middle finger isn't butted right up against the back of the trigger guard with them.
Oh. And thanks for the compliment. :-))

That is what I was after, my hand is the same way, I have the Batam ones. I really like them since im OC this gun right now.

But I like the wood grips of yours! I think I might try to find those!

    Kenny,
I just fired off an email to the salesman who sold me that gun. If I learn any helpful info about how to identify or order those grips, I'll post it.
