Here's an updated photo of my detective special, found some long frame grips on ebay with the colt emblem, not sure if they are factory grips, but I like how they look.
Hey, we've passed the 3rd anniversary of this snubbie thread! Who'd a' thunk it would have taken on a life of its own and been one of the most popular on the Forum? Yea Sixto!
Well ShooterX, you're grips look factory in the photo.
Here's an updated photo of my Detective Special from 1966, showing it with Tyler T-Grip added some months back. Looks like ShoorterX's Detective Special now. I actually dislike the looks of the T-Grip but it's the most worthwhile addition to the Detective Special for enhancing handling characteristics and improved control when shooting double action.

I love the old school look the t-grips add to them, all my snubbies wear them, and they are very functional, imho.
My other snubs are smiths, a M60 & M66.
I posted a picture in this post a while ago, but I figured I add this new picture.
This is my Charter Arms Undercover in 38 Special. I load her with Buffalo Bore 125 grain hollowpoints which expand nicely in waterjugs as you can see.
I just spent the last hour looking through this thread. 63 pages of pure sexy! love the snubbie!
Allow me to submit my Taurus 65 2.5 inch snubbie...
Still looking for a decent holster, as it seems holster-makers think revolvers are no longer used on this planet. Ebay will have something suitable sooner or later.

In case the situation calls for something smaller, more discreet, or for the occasion when I cannot carry a gun, I carry the S&W 37 in a pocket or ankle rig.

Did you look at Rig Rate - Holster Search, Ratings, and Reviews They list crossovers for holsters.
Just picked up my first J-frame; a Model 36 no dash, 3", square butt. Not sure if it qualifies as a snubby, but I sure like it.
