Spirited response? There are certain key words that guarantee a spirited repsonse. Anytime you mention Glock, Hi-Point, Taurus or 1911 it is like waving a voter registration form in front of a Democrat. Some just cannot stand by and not react.

Good call on the change so no one linked in the torture tests where the HK choked on sand.

Like my S&W19 that has chronic cylinder binding issues? Doesn't matter how stiff my wrist is when the cylinder won't turn...
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

I suppose it is a matter of personal experience - I have never had a revolver fail - can't say that for semi-auto's.

OMG my Glocks are junk! Melt them for the children! I'll keep them for a bit longer at least.

I've had a few wheelguns with problems and seen a few more go down over the years. I ain't broke a Glock yet but the odds are it'll happen someday.

I had a Colt Detective Special jam between rounds. That one was gone for a long time! No tap-rack-bang drills help a revolver if it goes down.
