Beretta sub-compact PX4 Storm
I'll have it in the morning and will be going to the range right after picking it up. I went to my favorite gun shop to see when I could order one but nobody had any idea (distributor no help) but 15min after calling the distributor called right back to say they just got some of the "G" type trigger ones in and was shipping it as we spoke .I will let everyone know how it shoots and try to post pics when I get back from the range. Everything I've read is very positive and outstanding about this long awaited pistol .

Very interested in your range report. Uncle Sam may be helping me get one of these in about a month.

What's the G type trigger?

It's the de-cocker only, no safety. So you are always ready for some double action.

So what is the scoop? Did you get delivery of the PX4 subcompact on Friday?

I have a full sized PX4 Storm and I noticed that model has a rotary barrel and the Sub Compact model has a dropping barrel. Probably couldn't fit the rotary barrel into the small gun. I know mine can shoot 2 inch groups at 25 yards.

I will be interested to hear about this one. I actually went to the Beretta Gallery here in Dallas when I read this post. They still don't have any of them and didn't know when they would get any.

I knew it was too good to be true!
My first thought at seeing the thread was impossible! 'cause I had just visited the Beretta usa web site a few short weeks ago and it still states: 1st qtr 2K8.
I'm anxiously waiting!

If you recall the release of the Px4 then you know what a bunch of keystone cops run the Beretta marketing machine....
