The Swiss Mini Gun is the smallest.
The lightest and most practical revo may be the S&W 342PD.

What is the smallest revolver? I do not mean derringers.

The only thing that stops bad guys with guns is good guys with guns. SgtD
The NAA not only has their standard 22 revolver, but also a 22 mag revolver. Both are 5 rounds, and both have a number of options such as grips. I would not want to get into a gun fight with either, but maybe a great little gun in those hard to get at places...good luck on your quest!

I'd also say the NAA as far as current production goes. They have one in .22 Short that is keychain small. What's the context of the question?
The keychain sized 22 short is so tiny it's easily looked at as a toy. You can also get the 22LR model and a matching belt buckle that'd even be over looked by noobs during a pat down.

I'm a little leary of these NAA 22s. A friend of mine found himself in a gunfight of sorts in the parking lot of a Waffle House downtown. He and his brother got into it with a couple of gantas over who was going to get an open table first. (of all things) They gave up the table to the gangstas but not without a few choice words about the questionable location of their fathers and made some fun of their pimpmobile. One brother left first while the other paid. The thugs followed him out to the parking lot where he had just reached his car and started shooting at him with a 9mm. The other came out the door behind them and unloaded the only gun he had...a NAA 22lr. He told me that he could have sworn he was putting it right on the guy from about 25 feet away but missed every time. Lesson...guys with big hands don't mix with tiny guns. Thankfully the thugs took off in their hooptie and my friend escaped with nothing more than a bullet hole in the trunk lid of his car. Of course, any gun is better than no gun but I'd suggest a whole lot of practice with a NAA 22. (fortunately it's cheap!)

The Pug is the only NAA I've even considered. But the new Ruger LCP and other small autos carry more firepower in a smaller package than any J-Frame. And I can shoot my Seecamp way better than any light weight snubbie.
Yeah I like Glocks, wanna fight about it!
I forgot to clarify in 357??
