Have to show off my latest toy! Yesterday was my birthday, so I went out today and bought a S&W 686 Plus! 2 1/2" barrel, SS, 7 shot .357 magnum! There is just something about a 7 shot .357 that I find............comforting! This is a stock pix but that's my boy! Gonna be a bit harder to conceal this summer but I'll make it work! Now, with so many good holster makers around, I have a decision to make! And yes, I was 53! God's been good to me!

Don't know what you are accustomed to carrying but the 2 1/2" 686+ is not at all hard to conceal. Mine came with the Hogue Bantam grips which I did not like. I replaced them with Eagle Secret Service grips which I used for awhile but I finally settled on the S&W Service grips that I bought at the S&W online store. They fit my hand well and conceal well too. Congratulations and happy birthday. You've got a fine revolver there.
