    Beretta PX4 45 Report

I finally got my Beretta PX4 45 w/Trijicon night sights to the range. I already own 2 PX4s in 9mm and love the system. The 45 is the softest recoiling pistol of this caliber I've ever shot, I think that has something to do with the rotating barrel locking system. The pistol was totally reliable with everything I put thru it, including some old Speer 200 gr. flying ashtrays. With 230 gr. loads the Trijicons were perfectly regulated, this is one accurate pistol. Though a little large for warm weather concealed carry I have carried it comfortably tucked in my waistband under a jacket with no problem. If anyone is looking for a state of the art 45 take a look at the PX4, I think you'll be impressed.
I just recieved one of my 9mm PX4s back from Robar where they applied thier NP3 finish. I am so impressed with this finish my 45 is going to get the same treatment, making a great pistol even better. here are some pics.

Very nice. I would not mind getting one, but funds are limited. I am waiting for the sub-compacts to hit the market to get a range report. I carry a full size HK USP40. I really need something a little smaller. Really nice groups with yours though.
