I did not mean to say you don't see Glock's in MN.

Glocks are very visible at MN shows, but not by citizens walking around with For Sale signs. Occasionally when I've looked around local gun shops I might find a used Glock, but not very often, and they don't last long on the shelves. Maybe Glock's are more popular up here in MN.

This is what we call a "REVERSE GUNSHOW LOOPHOLE". Shoppers get so excited that they pay more than the seller was asking.

Something strange happening in Minnesota...every other gun you see for sale here is a Glock.

Ha ha. The seller was a gun show dealer and an FFL, so I ended up getting dinged for tax and a transfer fee.

I wish we had such an abundance of used Glocks floating around up here. I'm looking to pick up a G26 for summer carry at some point, and the only way I'm going to be able to get it is to buy it new.

You're right about private parties not selling Glocks at the gun shows. I've only seen one, and it was a well-worn 2nd gen G22 that the owner wanted $400 for.

Matter of fact, it seems to be pretty much slim pickins for deals at these local shows. Most of these guys with tables are dealers, and they'll show up with their Hi Points, Tauruses, and $1500 gold-plated 1911's, and maybe knock 10 bucks off the top or something.

Our local gun shop (well, there are two, and the same guy owns both) sells a used G21 for $550. They will not stand behind a used gun; they don't test fire them or even clean them up a little bit before they put them in the case. A NIB G21 is over $600.

A few other prices that stand out in my mind, from my last visit:

Galco Miami Classic shoulder rig for a G17- $170

Glock magazine (any of them)- $27

    Hornady .45 acp 185 grain +p ammo (20 rounds)- $26.99

    Their XDs are cheap, though
That sucks. Sounds like a good reason to shop online.
