    Does this exist?

I have a Bersa Thunder 380 CC. I really like the fact that the first shot can be double action and all subsequent shots are single action and it fits in my pocket. Does anyone make a 9mm with overall length of 6" (or less) that is DA/SA ?

It probably does but I can't think of a single 9mm pistol that is DA/SA under 6"

Several SA or DAO under 6" and DA/SA under 7" but not one under 6"

Hmmmm.....Sig P239 is about 6.5" OAL. That's the closest I can think of in DA/SA. Someone smarter than me may know of one though.......

Lots of good, make that very good, DAO's under 6" though.

If you can find one, a S&W CS9 (chiefs special 9mm) is 6.25" in length with a 3" barrel and in stainless steel. S&W still lists it in their catalog, but I haven't seen one at a gun shop in quite a while.

This MIGHT suit your fancy. But it is a striker-fired gun.
    Walther PPS
    Length: 6.3"
Overall Width/Width without slidestop lever and takedown buttons: 1.04"/.91"
    Product: PPS 9mm

The Bersa Thunderer UC 9 is 6.5" in length and 1.5" in width but not under 6"

Another option, although over your 6" spec, is the HK P2000SK V3 with a 6.42" length.

I just double checked, the Thunder .380 is actually 6.5" itself OA. Just curious, why the 6" limit on the 9mm if you're currently happy with the .380?

I don't have a full spec sheet on it, but the PX4 Storm Compact from Beretta looks to be 6" or darn close.

Bersa makes a Thunder 380 and Thunder 380 CC. The Thunder 380 CC is 6 " long. The "CC" stands for Concealed Carry. The trimmed down and smoothed out the Thunder 380 for pocket carry.

The PX4 Storm is 6.2 per this reference: Beretta Web - PX4 Storm .45ACP SD

But it meets the DA/SA requirement.

    Here's a better picture.

I am pretty sure the PX4 Storm Compact measures in at 6.2" but will post for verification once I find a decent source.

Kahr CW9, just a shade under 6 inches measured at the slide. Six inches measured from front of slide to end of frame
