Bit by the plastic bug again!

I went out this morning, hoping to find a good deal on a Smith J Frame, but once again, it got put on hold. I went into my local FFL dealer, and walked back out with a layaway slip for a Glock 26. Unfortunately he didn't have any Smith J Frames, but hey the G26 was on my list. The J frame will be next for sure.

As one who carries a G-26 a great deal of the time, I can tell you it's a comfy little pistol. The short grip makes for easy concealment, and with 10+1 capacity you'll be well armed.

    Now, practice with it.

Well, for 10+1, I'll stick with the G27. Plastic=good IMO, and after you've had that little G26 a while, you might just forget all about that revolver deal and get some more plastic! Good luck with it and your bonding time. Glock on!

    around here somewhere
I'm wearing my G26 IWB right now. Since switching from carrying a G23 (which was fairly easy to carry) all of the time the G26 disappears and carries effortlessly. Its got 11 rounds of 147Grn Gold Dots with a 15 round mag for reload.
Five years ago I put a Jframe on layaway at a gunshop and and when I went in to pick it up I walked away with a G27. The Jframes are great, but its hard to pass up the same size package with more rounds and larger bullets.
