    PPS Longer/Extra Capacity Mags?

I checked out a Walther PPS today (didn't get to shoot it) at a Dallas shop. I liked a lot about the gun but the grip was just too small for my hand. I checked on the Walther website & could not find any longer magazines to lengthen the grip.

Anyone know if there are additional capacity/longer magazines available right now for the PPS?

    7 round magazine

    8 round magazine

First image below is standard 6 rounder on left, 7 rounder on right. Don't have one of the 8 rounders as they only came with the FE PPSs and I haven't found any in stock anywhere yet.

Second image is the PPS with the 7 round magazine inserted.

Looks like that would help considerably with the grip.

The eight round mag is pretty nice. I will tell you though, I didn't think I was going to be comfortable shooting with the 6 rounder because I have large hands. I was surprised that once I got to fire it, it wasn't half bad. I actually did a lot better with it than I was expecting to. OMO

I didn't. When I went in to have my dealer order my Sig239, he had two of the PPSs in the case. Handled one and drooled but managed to fight the urge and walk away. When I went back a few days later to pick up my Sig, he still had one of them and it was then that my addiction took over and I had to walk out with it and though I joke about it, I was especially happy about the purchase when my wife found that she could rack the slide on the PPS and confiscated it from me. While I felt that the 380 she was carrying was better than going unarmed, the ability to move her to a 9mm made me feel a lot better.

My PPS with the 8 rounder in it feels like a full sized gun and IMHO defeats the purpose to some degree.

Goes in the mag holster 'though.

I did. I shot 100 rounds through a demo model.

The extended mags really help out. I have all three mags.
