    I would ask if it malfunctioned at all, but it's an XD, so I know it did not.

    Good shooting, especially, for the first time with an XD.

    The trigger on the XD actually gets a lot smoother after a few hundred rounds. Sounds like you found a match. Congrats.

    Beautiful pair! My CC guns are an XD40 and a Taurus PT111 bi-tone. The Taurus is no doubt a more comfortable carry weapon and a fine machine, but whenever my clothing permits, (which isn't often), the XD sits proudly on my hip. Congratulations on the new purchase!! That thing is pretty sweet right out of the box, huh?
