Feg Pa63

Nice, smallish piece, I understand these are a PPK type clone.
Plus, the price was right....
Do any of the forum members have any experience with this piece?
I'm heading to the local range after work to give it a tryout.
I'll let everybody know the results.

Yep.
Its a lot of gun for a litte money.
I have one in .380. Its accurate and reliable, little heavy for its size in comparison to the newer guns, but still a great piece.
One note of caution though...
if you have large hands, be aware of "hammer bite" and dont let you the web of your hand get to close to the slide or you will have a witness mark.

hotguns,
I've noticed how close my hand is to the slide, believe me.....
It will take careful grip placement for sure

I bought five when j&g had them on sale, gave 4 to my kids and kept one. No issues, but the thumb rest is badly designed imo. All of ours have fed Silver bear hp's very well, and Brown bear Fmj for practice. Since I bought them I have moved up to a Kahr CW9 for improved firepower, and the one I have will probably end up a parts gun for the others, as parts are very scarce.
BTW it's a clone of the PP, not PPK

Might want to do some research on hammer and recoil springs for it. Wolff sells springs that help reduce the trigger pull to an acceptable level without misfires and a slightly stronger recoil spring to reduce perceived recoil.
Some parts can be found here:
Hungarian PA 63 FEG 9X18 Pistol Parts
Very nice replacement grips can be found here:
Marschalgrips.com
Don't shoot anything over 95gr. bullets. May or may not feed some hollowpoints.
Other than that, don't know much about them. LOL

I know people who have done the Wolff spring deal. They loved it. I've shot a couple hundred rounds from mine. No problems. Great little gun for the money.

OK, ran 100 rds of Federal 95gr FMJ at the local range last night.
No problems. Sharpish recoil, tho. The smooth backstrap wanted to twist slightly in my hand, but not enough throw off the sighting picture.
BTW, the sights really need some highlighting, tough to see with these old eyes.
Seem reliable, I will have to try some of the Silver/Brown Bear ammo.
Thanks for all the input.

No, it is a clone of the Walther PPK....

I also bought one from JG for $100 and have been very pleased. Mine is chambered for the 9mm Makarov, and likes Silver Bear ammo.
Its a great "extra gun" to leave in the car desk, or nightstand. I bought aftermarket wood grips and a MICA IWB holster.
Seems like a good buy to me. Two friends also bought them at the same time.
