    A little Tru-Glow help

Hey Guys! I have a set of TFO's sites on my H&K and the rear site has been dimming. I left a message with Tru-Glow, with my name and number, and had no reply. I just finished e-mailing them, and they said this was a busy time of year, they would get back to me as soon as they could. Has anyone else had any problems with Tru-Glow customer service? Or does anyone have a direct line and name? So I can speak to an actual person?

Wow. Guess I am even more glad I chose Trijicon instead.

    Tru GLo

Never had any problems with them at all. Yours is the first problem I have heard of. Of course, we have sent back exactly one set of sights (customer installed them, one side of the rear sight died, replaced by Tru Glo) and one red dot scope (crooked reticle, replaced with new one) of all we have sold. Please keep us advised.

I had them on my XD. They were less than a year old when the fiber optic inserts flew out while I was shooting; the larger rear piece went first, and then the front followed suit a few months later. TruGlo only guarantees them for 90 days, so I was SOL. Based on that experience, I would never buy them again.

Wow, you would think that TruGlo would have a longer warranty period then 90 days.
    God bless our troops!

yeah you would think...I've really wanted to try a set, but that warranty, combined with all of the (many) reports of breakage that I've read online have had me sticking with traditional night sights. I sure hope they get them right and can extend the warranty at some point because I think the idea behind them is excellent!
