I have gotten pretty good with a speed strip. I practice while I watch tv about once a week for about an hour or so. I agree with carrying the speed strips in the strong side pocket. I usually carry a second one in my back pocket as well (speed strip that is).
Not the same gun in the pics, but just wanted to show the speed strips I use.
Speed Strips?? I think that's an oxymoron. Nothing 'speedy' about them.
As far as carrying my H&K Speedloader in my 'weak side' pocket --- all you must do is practice the manuever and it's just as quick as carrying on your strong side. Different --- yes but you can become just as quick with practice.
I know the safety benefits of using a pocket holster but for me, this revolver really is better without one. Nothing to hang up on and access to the pistol is much better/quicker. (I have no problem carrying a 'cocked and locked' 1911 either!!).
