Saw a local classified ad online for a Ruger revolver for sale. I called and asked what model it was. The guy had to go look to see what model it was. He came back to the phone and said it's a GP100. Said he wanted $300.00 for it. He lived about 3 miles from me so I said "I'll be right there to look at it". I got there and he said he'd throw in some ammo, a speed loader, an Uncle Mikes shoulder harness and an Uncle Mikes regular holster. He gave me sixty 357 rounds and eighty 38 special rounds. He wouldn't come down a dollar. But what a deal !!!!!!!!
He knew nothing about guns and was afraid to have it in the house because of kids. His wife wanted it gone. He said he never shot it, or any other gun besides a 22 when he was a kid. This guy was in his fifties. So his fear is my gain..
I'm waiting for my daughter to wake up from a nap to see how it shoots..Think I'll start making alot of noise around the house...
