Bingo! I realize the picture is poor and learning to take better pictures is next on the list.

A few months ago I got a 64-4 on gunbroker.com... factory DAO conversion and it looks just like yours. I swapped out the original grips for some Eagle Secret Service in rosewood... it's a heavy enough gun that even with +P loads, wood grips are just fine. Just a little too big for a true pocket gun (that's what J-frames are for), but there's a belt holster on order. I LOVE how this gun shoots!

They are Precision Gun Specialties (PGS) I got from the Brownells catalog. About $18

    They look like Hideout Grips

What kind of holster (if any) are you carrying in at appendix?
Training means learning the rules. Experience means learning the exceptions.

Hideout Grips! Correct, I couldn't remember the name, just where I got them.

For appendix carry I have been using a soft Uncle Mikes IWB holster snugged down with a gun belt. The gun comes out without effort and I have not yet drawn the holster too. I have been eyeballing one of these though:

    FIST, INC.

I have two others that I use to carry either a G19/23 or G26 appendix IWB and they work well with very little bulk, good retention and smooth draw.

Great revolver Dave! Two-inch K-Frame Smith & Wesson revolvers are fine carry revolvers.

Nice one, Dave. I need another Smith or two in the arsenal, myself.
