ACP= Automatic Colt Pistol Sometimes can find in surplus ammo can be found some times cheap when not in time of war.
GAP=GLOCK Automatic Pistol
ACP is Longer case Can use either Small or large pistol primers IIRC.
GAP is Shorter case length I believe uses a small pistol primer
Bullet weights the same velocity the same or close enough for government work
GAP VERY EXPENSIVE
GAP GRIP slightly bigger then a 9mm
GAP=The answer to a question that was never asked
Reason=Gaston wanted his name on a cartridge like SIG and SW
Don't get mad guys at the last two comments its kind of a running joke!

The .45 GAP would make more sense in a gun the size of a Kahr. As it stands, it is only made for larger pistols that are essentially the same size as their ACP counterparts. I can see no reason to buy any of the currently available GAP pistols.
