    Kimber

    I have a quick question for the kimber owners out their. Is it ok to shoot +p in kimbers? I will not be shooting it all the thime but on occasion and for a function test.

    In an alloy frame I'd be careful...steel framed...I don't see a problem.

    Yeah, I'm skipping the +P in my Ultra CDP II. It eats 230g WWB at the range and 230g HST for both range and carry.

    I've shot +P in my Pro Carry II, and currently carry Remington Golden Saber +P. It functions well, but I don't think I'll give-up my soft handloads for range sessions and IDPA. It's a little like Habenero sauce, I won't eat it for every meal, but I've got some on-hand when I need a little spice.
