I don't think we have had this poll yet. I know there was a thread about what you carry, but there is no way to statistically analyze it. I just kind of want to get a percentage of what people carry. Not going to get into caliber. I think I got all the major manufacturers and to avoid any perception of bias, I am listing them alphabetically.
So, without further ado, what is your favorite EDC gun?

If you carry in Condition 3, you have two empty chambers. One in the weapon...the other between your ears.

While I like the light weight and recoil of my Glock 19, no handgun makes me feel better prepared to face a bad situation than a good 1911. Specifically, a Commander length like my Nighthawk or Colt.

The title said "favorite gun manufacturer", but the poll said "favorite EDC".
I voted Kahr for the EDC question, because of its reliability and size (I have a PM9 and a CW9 for when I can't conceal my Glock)
But based on my recent experience with a brand-new SA EMP that wouldn't eject unfired rounds, I'd answer Springfield Arms for the favorite manufacturer question - lifetime warranty, free shipping to send my gun back for tuning, plus they sent a replacement ILS key and takedown tool (missing from my case when purchased). Can't beat that customer service!

Your question is hard to follow---starts out as favorite manufacturer, but poll question goes to favorite carry gun.
My favorite carry gun is my Kel-tec P-3at, it soon could be a Ruger LCP or Kahr 380, just because of the size those 3 guns offer. However in handguns, none of the 3 would be my favorite manufacturer, that would go to Springfield. See the problem.

I voted HK, but I also carry Sig and Seecamp and I'd have no trouble with several others. There are many great choices. There are a few I avoid.

Didn't see the "anything that isn't plastic" option.......
Steel Kahr K9 since they stated making them. I love a 1911 but don't own one. I need to remedy that one of these days.....
