I just talked to one of my dealers and he has a used blued .40 in the box with both mags for about $450 out the door. I've got a matte finished one with Meps that I carry some, but, the polished blued ones are gorgeous to me.
Somebody PLEASE talk me out of buying this gun, I kind of want to stay married...

That sounds like a very good price, from what I've seen. I saw a new .40 last week for $700. I saw a like-new 9mm at the gun show last month for $600 (wish I'd bought it). I'm not real crazy about .40, but if that's the caliber you want, you could do a lot worse than a Hi-Power, especially at that price.

I have had bad luck with the durability of blued BHPs, at least for carry purposes. But at $450 I'd buy it anyhow...
