At the pawn shop today they had a Glock 19 that they would let me have for 400.00 buck. had a picanty rail so it is probably a gen 3...I striped it down and the barrel looked in excelent shape and the weapon was extremelly clean. had 3 mags in original box...I do not think they will take less then 400.00....should I pass on this one
I would take it if I were you.
Never heard of a Picatinny rail on any Glock except the G21SF. Probably a Glock rail? $400 is a decent price and is quite common.
If you become a GSSF (Glock Shooting Sport Foundation) member, you can get a certificate to buy a Glock 19 LE package for $398.00 new.
$400 sounds good, if it's in good condition like you say it is.

I would take the deal with the 3 magazines. $400.00 is decent for one in excellent shape.
I paid about the same for a used G30 three years ago
I traded it 6 mounths ago a got 400.00 credit on a new gun
so you can get your money back if its a good gun.

I would scoop it up. I got one for a little more than that. If it's nice, take it.
If you want it----get it. G19 new here will run $459+tax brand new. Clean =good. Just make sure all of the pistol is there, and they throw in three hi-cap mags with it. Decent deal, but nothing earth-shattering.
No reason not to buy it...not much that can go wrong with a Glock so there's not much to worry about when buying a used one.
The price sounds about right for a used Glock.
Not a "GREAT" deal but a fair one. I'd snatch it up if I were you and wanted a 9 mm Glock.

yep, all depends if you want new or used...for $32 more you could get a new glock (including membership costs) through GSSF...or you could offer a bit less and go with the used. The GSSF deal is a great onethat not many people are aware of.Quote:
