3913 The most......
Underrated CCW pistol!!!!
I love mine, and have several to choose from i.e. HKP7, SIG P225, Walther P5, PPK's, 4516-2 and such.
I always come back to her.
My wife who is a gun lover too liked mine so much, I had to get her one too!

Never owned one but would love to. The gun looks indestructable. American made and all metal. I want!

I often carry the 3913 LS model that I bought used a couple of years ago.
I liked it so much I bought a NIB "old" stock 3913 LS that a dealer had on his shelves for several years and could never sell.
The test shell evelope is dated 2004. Still unfired, I'm keeping as a spare...............

Nice looking setup. That is one pistol that I've never had any dealings with. May have to in the future tho.:hand10:

My most reliable gun I own is my 6946 (double stack brother to the 3913/3953). You are right they are very under rated but it has many people who carry it and is the one 3rd gen gun that I make the most holsters for.
Carry it in good health.

Yup, they are very much underrated, and I'm not a fan of S&W autos at all...but I wouldn't mind having a 3913.
-
Nice sidearm...heck of a nice leather set up, too!:hand10:
-
Good gun!
The S&W 3913 is probably the most popular of the third generation Smith & Wesson semiautos. It has the reputation of being reliable, durable, and a perfect size for concealed carry. In a world of polymer frames there is something pleasing about a metal frame.
-
I will have to also look into this pistol. Looks very tempting.
-
I have a 3913 NL that I really enjoy shooting. I wish I could get a shell for my MTAC for it.

My first PD issue pistol was a 5906. It was a jammamatic. Cleaned it thoroughly, tried different magazines, had it inspected by a certified S&W armorer....didn't matter.
Didn't much care for the safety, either.
Still, it certainly FELT like a solid pistol, and others had good luck with theirs.
I must've just gotten one that was made on a Monday.
Ended up carrying my Commander, until we got the Glocks and the Chief made me carry one.
-
I had a 3913 years back. It was a very reliable weapon. :hand10:
-
I had one for a while and sold it to buy a glock 27 then sold it. Wish I had them both back.
-
I carry the 3919 TSW in a Versa Max II. It is the tactical version with a rail for accessories. I have had it for about 6 years and it has never failed. It is my main carry weapon.
-
I carry my 3913 daily. Most reliable semi auto I've owned.
It dosen't get any better than the 3913 in a single stack CCW 9mm, IMHO of course. Regards 18DAI.
