Ditto Class3NH. If it's been a reasonable length of time after the sale, a good dealer can and will just take the gun back, order you another, work with the manufacturer on your behalf, or do any of a dozen other things based on your input.

RFurts correct in his previous post. Any good Dealer will work on behalf of the Customer, in an effort to resolve a problem with a weapon. The dealer can call the Manufacurer, and explain the troubles with the product, and get the job done. If not, then you know who you're NOT going to business with ever again
