    The dreaded cleaning day!!!

Well I had a few friends that wanted to get into shooting and have some fun the other day so I decided to help them out. There were 4 couples(2 that own 1 pistol each). We worked out the $$$ for ammo on what they wanted to shoot and I supplied the guns. Next time i'm going to include a cleaning fee...LOL
Watching one of the guys shoot clays with a 3" 00 I loaded on the second shot almost made it all worth it, everybody got a kick out of that one. Now I have some cleaning to do

Next time you have a shooting party also have a cleaning party, everyone has to bring cleaning supplies and stay till all firearms are cleaned and no booze till it is all done.

Heck, the next time you have a shooting day, invite me. You got a nice arsenal there.

If you're wondering what to charge, my local range posted "Gun cleaning on site, $19.95".

I sometimes help a friend teach a CHL class. Many do not have the guns they want to use to qualify with. My friend loans them his gun, but charges a $5 cleaning fee plus ammo.

Maybe its just because i only have 2 guns, but i really enjoy cleaning them. I get to check out the guts of the gun. See how it works.

I used to want to clean them all when I got home from the range. Any more, anything over three firearms and a range session, I'll do a couple at a time. What you've got spread out there would more than likely span a week's time or a three day weekend for me to get cleaned up!

Hey cd. You could have brought them over this afternoon, I wasn't doing anything else. If you need help tomorrow, let me know.
