Well, my Kahr PM9 is around as concealable as exists for 7 rounds of 9mm. And it has been rock steady for the 500 or so rounds she's eaten.
But I'm thinking seriously about a Springfield XD sub compact. I like the extra capacity, and there's just something really nifty about the way it feels in my hand and the way it points.

Add me the the XD Sub Compact 9mm...and it comes with a spare 16 round mag that fits perfectly flush with the finger extension...so no ugly peice of metal showing like when you put longer mags on the little Glocks.
Do your research, and try a few at the range. Ultimately though find a piece that fits you and your needs..![]()

Glock27/ KaBar TDI/ MTAC Holster. I have more also, but this combination works well..
Another vote for the Glock 26.

It is better to have your gun and not need it, than to need it and not have it!
Still can't believe what happened on 11/06/12! Disgusted and disappointed!
I have the Kahr PM9 and it is a great gun. If you compare it to all others it is the smallest sub compact out there. The only gun that is thinner, and only by .020" is the KelTec p9. It shoots very well and is extremely concealable, for some guys even pocket carry able. I have had Glocks, and they are great guns but they are blocky and I found hard to cenceal. I need a gun that I can carry all the time. I believe fully that unless you can carry a gun all the time, it is worthless in the drawer at home. If you need multiple guns for different dress, which if you consider a good holster for each of them is really expensive, or if you constanly have to think which gun you will wear, you are going to go without it often and this is not a good thing.
Glock 26 but the M&P9C has been catching my eye lately.
I have a little bias against Smith for the whole internal lock thing.
Opinions are like....................(Sorry, Family viewing rules!!)but I'll go with a..........................GLOCK 26!!!!

Not an issue any more.
I vote for the PPS because I love mine. Second vote would be for the M&P9C because I have a fullsize .40 and I love it too! I have shot the baby Glocks and just don't care for them that much. Uncomfortable, blocky, inaccurate (for me), and more recoil just doesn't cut it for me.
Gun control can be blamed in part for allowing 9/11 to happen.

I carry a G26 and keep a Glock 18 magazine (30 shots plus) in the truck for extra ammo.
My personal favorite is the HK p2000sk. Easy to conceal, accurate, very reliable and very well-made. IMHO

The best 9mm for CC is the one you like the best and functions 100%. I vote for personal fit, concealability and reliability. That fits a lot of guns. Most have been listed here. I would not feel naked with anyone of them.
But I do prefer a bigger caliber!

Talk's cheap and I ain't buying any.
Just put over 200 rounds with my new Kahr CW9. Shoots like a dream and accuracy is pretty good for such a light weight gun.
