Sig 239 sas
I just bought a sig 239 SAS its a nice gun but I think I would like something other than the DAK trigger. Does anyone have a recommendation how to make this a DA/SA without breaking the bank? Also I was thinking about going with sigs SA only trigger; is this possisble in a 239?

You would probably be better off doing a trade...rather than modifying the gun. Checkout SIGforum.com

I agree. Maybe give the DAK some time to grow on you. I love it myself but it is a different feel and an acquired taste.

I hear this ALOT on the DAK trigger. Maybe a little more range time and then make your decision. I bet there are many out there willing to trade a sa/da for the DAK, though.

I don't know. The SAO trigger on my 220 Carry is sooo smooth!

I love my Sig 239/40cal DA/SA... as a matter of fact, it's IWB right now!
I could probably adapt to DAO or DAK, but I really like the short light stroke on the SA trigger.

Good luck.

I've got four sigs all with SA/DA triggers, though I have a 239 SAS with the DAK trigger. It works for me.

I think before I change the DAK out im going to try putting a reduced power mainspring on and see if that helps.

If you want to trade, LMK, I don't like the DA/SA transition. Sent you a PM.
