    My mom has good taste!

    Okay a while back my mom decided that she absolutely had to have an XDM in 9mm for her carry handgun (and also her first handgun ever). Then she took her CHL class with my Springer 1911 because the local dealer did have her XDM yet. She was amazed that she could handle the .45 as well as she could and really liked how the 1911 fit her hand... so we went back to the store today. She looked at some STI 9mm 1911, then looked at a Kimber (Pro Carry I think... I don't remember), she looked at a Colt WWI repro, a Springfield Micro-Compact and a Rock Island commander sized... she liked 'em but hadn't really found her gun yet... then the guy handed her an Ed Brown Kobra Carry... and that was all she wrote. My mom bought a gun I've been drooling over forever and was pretty convinced I wouldn't (still can't) be able to afford. Good thing she'll let me shoot it whenever I want.

    Anyway, I know...

    As soon as I get her to put it down for a minute I'll snap some pics.
