Put a set of Big Dot 24/7 sights on it and really trick it out.

Congrats.
As to the holster, why not buy the CB from your friend if it's as you say his "old" holster? It's going to be hard to find a holster that's much more comfortable without a search and a long turnaround time.

Well his wife has a G17 and when she gets her permit back will most likley want to use it. Also I like the Crossbreed IWB, Ive had 2 of them so I think I'm going to spring for a SuperTuck.
