I never had a problem going back and forth between my Glocks and 1911s. None at all. I always felt they were both designed well (the grip angles). I know a lot of shooters do have a problem changing from one to the other though.

When a pistol design is as popular as the GLOCK, it shouldn't surprise anyone that aftermarket options of any/every variety continue to grow (and grow, and grow, and GROW)! Look at the 1911 (fer Pete's sake). 25 years ago it had almost reached dinosaur status, now there's more manufacturers with more models giving shooters more alternatives than anytime in HISTORY! The GLOCK phenom isn't gonna' slow-down anytime soon. I'm all for it!

I got a Glock 23 when they first became available (SN <1000.) It was a great gun--it just never fit my hand. If the grip had been smaller, I'd still have it.

My G30's reliability has been proven and is not in question.

Why throw that away by installing an aftermarket frame?

    No thanks.
