    Talking Clean living pays off

Well I attended an event Friday night and spent $20 on raffle tickets. Saturday evening they called and I won the Stainless Taurus Judge. For those of you who are not familiar with this odd firearm, here is a video.

It will be a great camping sidearm, to add to my collection.

    Have a Great Day

Congrats on your win, nice prize for the collection.
I never win any of those raffles, only buy tickets if it's a good cause.

The Judge caught my eye at a gun shop I stopped in... I thought it was fantastic! I've heard people call it a "novelty" weapon and not a serious SD weapon....

I dunno... I think this is tailor-made to ruin a carjacker's day... opinions may vary...

I like the pattern, first time I've seen anything showing it being shot. Congratulations.

That exact scenario played just out down the road from me a few weeks ago: A guy in his sixties arrived home and was threatened by two scumbags with a gun as he was getting out of his truck. He grabbed his Judge and the end result was one criminal died at the scene, the other was apprehended when he showed up at the local hospital with a gunshot wound. Turns out the punk's gun was a bb/pellet gun - See? you CAN fix stupid after all!

I'd prefer my Commander for a daily carry gun but the Judge has it's place. And a Judge for $20? Yeah, that's quite a deal.

I was not too keen on it when it first came out because I know the .410 is a weak sister cartridge, but I've heard that some company is going to manufacture a hot .410 that'll pack some WHALLOP. That should make all the difference in the world.
