New Raptor Ultra and Leather - PICS!

My leather finally arrived from DM Bullard today so I figured it was time to post some pics. Bullard does some great work and this one is no exception.

I'm thinking of retiring the Raptor grips and putting something else on. They're almost too pretty to get abused.

    Great lookin' gun and leather!

Funny I have two Wiem's; my oldest wouldn't lay still for a photo like that and his sister would pick up the leather and run off with it.

It's the first Weim I've had and she's great. She was picked up at a shelter in Mississippi by a Weim rescue the day before she was going to be put down. She still has a lot of scars around her legs and her eyes. Not sure what she was into but I'll tell you there's a lot of truth when people say a rescued dog knows they got a second chance. She's as good as she can be. I have a one year old and a three year old and she lets them climb all over her and pull everything and she couldn't care less.

Not to hijack the thread and turn it into a Weim discussion; but..

My male is a little over two and is an angel absolutely fabulous. He fooled my wife into thinking that they are all this way. So after searching through rescue shelters with no success, we returned to his breeder. His parents had just had a litter, so home we came with his sister. Their B-days are exactly a year and a day apart. My one+ year old female is hell on wheels, I hope she will calm down as she matures. To justify my previous comments; my male hates cameras and the female believes that if something is on the floor its to be played with. I have to say even with their faults, they are two of the best dogs that I have ever had. Wonderful personality!
