I have an Springfield XD-9, and aside from the sights, I love the gun. From the southpaw friendly features, to its feel in my hand, to its accuracy. The only thing I have issue with are those sights. I can't see the dots in low light. By "low light" I mean the shade of the shooting house at my gun club's range. The dots all but disappear, and I find myself aiming by centering the front blade within the notch.
I want to get a rear sight that's adjustable in x and y, and the front sight should be bright enough for me to see. What have you been using? This is going to be my first mod for this gun. Oh yeah, I carry it all the time, so I don't think target sights are the way to go.
Thanks in advance for the help,
