I'm sure you can dig up a bunch of info on this site as there are many people who have had experience with the LCP but you might want to look HERE for a dedicated LCP forum.

I have one and love it, nothing I have ever had disappears like the LCP. I wear it in a Bulldog belly-band and it is next to imposable to tell I'm carrying. Front pocket carry is comfortable also. Good Luck

It is not a comfortable gun to shoot the recoil is sharp. I do not have large hands and I can only get 2 fingers on the grip. Your wife may be more comfortable with a S&W 442 or 642.

Well to each their own. I find mine comfortable to shoot with only a 2 finger purchase. The oddest thing is the very very LOOOOONGGG trigger pull.

Still, mine is accurate, reliable and a far better shape/size for dedicated pocket carry than even my S&W 642 which has the bulky cylinder bulge.

The only thing I don't like about the LCP or my P3AT is that the slide doesn't lock back after the last round. Every auto I've ever fired does and in a defensive situation I think we can forget how many rounds we've fired.

With the LCP you have to just assume when it doesn't go bang again that your out or something.

I'm anxious to see the new Kahr P380 for this very reason. It DOES lock back after the last round. I highly suspect I'll end up with one of those someday and when it proves reliable I'll retire my LCP and P3AT or hand them down to my kids....

I may have to get one myself. Seems too good to pass up for summer shorts and t-shirts carry.

Make sure you take her and let her decide how it feels to her. Remember, if she doesn't like the way it feels and fits her hand, she probably isn't going to carry it.

very similiar to Keltec32. THe 380 will have a little more snap. If you install a mag extension grip, it makes a huge difference.
Be careful what you wish for. You just might get it ......
