Multiple ways to do it in PhotoShop. Without editing, you might be able to do it with filters on your light source or colored reflectors though I'd think you need multiple light sources as some areas are colored and some not. Ok... I'll spill it, since I fully expect that no one would ever guess.
All light was supplied from 1, 2D-cell LED Maglite. In an otherwise completely dark room.
the Blue TINT: Maglight and a botlle of Windex.....
the Red Tint: Maglight with my hand covering it (shining through my hand like when you where a kid)
The one with the red, white, and blue was just letting a little light between my fingers.
How's that for low-tech?.......

I like odd way's to get wierd colors and looks in photos.
camera's are fun!
ya couldn't do this kinda stuff with 35mm (well...if you had a really big bank account you could..I guess?)
