I carry a PT-140 and I'm very happy with it as are most of the 9mm owners that I am aware of. You may want to take a look around the Taurus forums - Taurus Armed.net - Index

Hi all, I'm new to the concealed carry group. Have taken my CCW class and am waiting for my permit. I have hunted for 25 years with shotgun and archery but this will be my first handgun. I am leaning toward the Taurus 9mm Millennium Pro, it fits my hand very well and the slide seems easier to operate than some others. Any comments on the reliability of this model? Also my husband is concerned about the availability of a good IWB holster for this gun. Can anyone give me some suggestions so I can ease his mind?
I've got a PT140 (.40 cal) and love it. I have a very simple Biancchi inside the waist band holster I got at Bass Pro. I think you'll love the 9mm.
I carry a PT145 in a Crossbreed Supertuck. Very comfortable and conceals the .45 well. It does it's job very well and I am quite pleased. I have not had any problems at all with the Taurus with well over 1000 rounds down range.
My wife has this same gun in the pink. She loves the gun and loves to shoot it. Of all the hoslters she has gone thur she has found that she like the simple uncle mikes that she bought at Bass Pro shop for like $15. She stands behind her gun and holster 110%!

Here is my PT140 Pro in a The Slide with alligator skin. Yes I do use it.

Reliability on my PT111 has been perfect. Has eated everything that I have fed into it.
For the PT111 or my 24/7 Pro DS, I use either a Crossbreed Supertuck, a Wild Bill's Contour Slide, or over the past couple of weeks have been trying out the Galco Classic Lite shoulder rig. Between these three, I can carry with virtually any manner of dress. They all work with both the PT111 and the 24/7.
Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

First off welcome to the forum.
While I don't have a PT111 I do have a 1st generation PT140. It has been reliable and used to be my EDC gun. She seldom gets carried anymore, but would have no problem trusting my life to her. Most manufacturers make quality holsters for the Taurus Millennium line. I carry mine in a Galco holster.
