XD45 Compact could fit the bill with the extended mag. Here's mine alongside my 40 Subcompact.

Glock Model 30/30SF with Model 21 magazine for 13+1 capacity? I carry a Model 30 with a standard magazine in the well; my spare magazine is a Model 21 magazine.

    Can't beat a G30 with G21 mags & grip extensions.
It's a great setup that gives you 13+1.

Not sure how you're going to carry that (since you are here that's what I assume) but if you can, that's great. Wish I could. I have enough trouble hiding my Glock G36.

If I can't make a holster to hide it. There is a much bigger problem then what I am going to carry. I just had a customer call to order a "Black Ops" holster for a .50 XIX. Now that is a BIG BIG GUN.

I carry an FNP45 in a Crossbreed Supertuck just fine.
The Bladetech UCH is another good option.

With the gun already being wide, the Kydex helps in not making it even wider.

I suppose if you carry OWB then it won't matter.

12rds of .45ACP takes up quite a bit of space. If you're willing to go two rounds fewer, consider the Para Ordnance Warthog. If not, consider the STI VIP, ParaOrd Carry 12, or one of the others above.

I went to Bass Pro today. Held a S&W MP45. It felt cheap and I am a big S&W fan. It was close to the same size as the FNP45 also but with less rounds . I held a Sig 220 It felt a little smaller than the FNP But holds only 8 rnds nicley made and had the price tag to prove it. I held a Glock 21 and a 30 Not going to happen. Did not like it at all.

The FNP felt nicely made. Smooth feel to it. The grip is perfect. It didn't feel top heavy like the HKUSP45 does. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it didn't have a stainless barrel to go with the stainless slide.
